Recipe
- In a pan, add 3 tbsp oil, and add onions. Sauté it.
- Add ginger, garlic and green chili. Add tomatoes and cook till a little soft.
- Add cashews and give it mix. Let it cool a little.
- Blend this into a paste.
- Add 1 teaspoon oil in pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once it starts to pop, pour in the paste.
- Add Anoop Kitchen King Masala and Anoop Kashmiri Mirch powder.
- Cook this paste until oil releases from the sides.
- Add in green peas and water. Cook on medium heat until peas are soft.
- Once peas are cooked, add the paneer, heavy cream, and Anoop Kasuri Methi. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
